We collect only what you type into our forms: name (optional) and email. It is used for one purpose: notifying you at launch, and delivering the kit and receipts after a purchase.
- No advertising mail. Your details are never sold or shared with third parties.
- The cover-sheet checklist saves to your browser's local storage only. Nothing you tick leaves your device.
- You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time via the contact page.
Terms
- All content is general information only, as at 5 October 2026. Not medical, legal, financial or advocacy advice. Check anything that affects your plan before your review.
- No affiliation with the NDIA, the NDIS, or any government body.
- The kit is a digital download: pay once, reuse it for future reviews (check ndis.gov.au for process changes first). Launch purchases carry a 14-day money-back promise.
- Reported errors are corrected publicly in the pack, with the correction logged and dated.
